Bren Bergquist, D.C.

Dr. Bren Bergquist received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Marietta, GA.  While studying at Life University, Dr. Bergquist focused his clinical training on the most advanced techniques available to diagnose, treat, and prevent musculoskeletal conditions.  He received his Baccalaureate of Science in Biology from Hillsdale College in Michigan.  Dr. Bergquist was also a member of the Hillsdale College football team, earning honors as a 4-year letter winner and as a part of one
conference championship.

Dr. Bergquist has had the opportunity to work with current and former athletes of all ages and skill levels. He views every person that gets out of bed in the morning as an athlete, and understands that the basic biomechanical forces that govern motion in the body of an elite level athlete, also create the movements of every day life such as sitting, standing, and walking.

Dr. Bergquist provides every patient with a comprehensive, evidence-based, functional evaluation and diagnosis.  His treatment philosophy uses multi-disciplinary, research backed methods to address the basic principles that govern function and dysfunction within the body.  Dr. Bergquist’s mission is to implement care that acts as a catalyst to speed the process towards recovery and optimal performance,
while also providing patients with cutting edge education and tools that promote self-reliance.Certified in Active Release Technique (ART)

Sophie McDonald D.C., M.S.

Dr. Sophie McDonald graduated Cum Laude from the University of Western States where she received both a Doctorate of Chiropractic and a Masters of Science in Sports Medicine. She has advanced training in cupping therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and movement analysis. During her education she worked as a team chiropractor for Warner Pacific College and the Portland area school districts. She has also worked extensively on the sidelines of local sporting events including marathons, triathlons, and Crossfit competitions. A Pennsylvania native Dr. Sophie grew up running, playing softball, and skateboarding. She went on to compete collegiately in cross country and track and field at Gettysburg College where she completed her Bachelors of Science in Health Science. After college, Dr. Sophie channelled her athletic energy into ultramarathon running and coaching both running and Crossfit. She brings her personal athletic and coaching experience into her patient care to help her patients get out of pain and reach their full potential

Misty Jensen LMBT

Misty’s goal as a massage therapist is to assist and encourage clients to actively participate in their own journey to healing and good health.
Sport/recovery massage enhances performance by helping to reduce pain and swelling, encourage greater flexibility and dramatically improves recovery rate time. It is an effective mode of treatment for pain recovery which may occur as a result of occupational, recreational, training or habitual activities.
