Jaime McDonald

Nutrition Coaching
Jaime is a North Carolina native who grew up right here in Huntersville. Since 2018, she has been a vital part of medical chiropractic offices, overseeing day-to-day operations with a sharp focus on patient and staff safety. Dedicated and compassionate, Jaime prides herself on being a trusted resource and a fierce advocate for every patient who walks through the door.
In addition to her operational role, Jaime is a Level 1 Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition. Having personally struggled with her weight for most of her life, she brings a unique blend of formal education and lived experience to her coaching. Jaime is deeply grateful to use her personal triumph to guide, educate, and inspire others on their own wellness journeys.
Away from work, Jaime trades the office for the trails. An avid ultra-marathoner and endurance athlete, she has crossed the finish lines of legendary races across the globe. Her achievements span major city courses like the Boston, New York City, and Chicago Marathons, as well as extreme multi-day events, including the Transrockies Stage Race (Colorado), Racing The Planet (Iceland), and the Grand to Grand 150-mile stage race (Utah).
For Jaime, running is about more than just miles—it’s about mission. Having entered long-term recovery in 2010, she uses her races to raise crucial funds for non-profits dedicated to the treatment, recovery, and prevention of substance use disorder. Helping others break free from the chains of addiction is a passion that lies closest to her heart.
Jaime loves spending her downtime enjoying nature alongside her wife, Dr. Sophie, and their precious pooch, Suki.
