Strength Training for Runners

This program is designed for runners who want to take their running and racing to the next level. This an at home 12 week program. Each week includes two strength training workouts with warm ups. All exercises are accompanied by an instructional video. No gym required. Equipment needed includes: dumbbells/kettlebells, mini resistance bands, and large loop resistance band.

This program is designed for individuals who are new to strength training or getting back into strength training after a period off. This is an at home 8 week program.
