Strength Training for Beginners

This program is designed for individuals who are new to strength training or getting back into strength training after a period off. Each week includes a warm up and two workouts. All exercises are accompanied by an instructional video. No gym required. All equipment is listed for each section.

Strength Training for Trail Runners

This program is designed for trail runners who want to take their running and racing to the next level. Unlike road running, trail running involves navigating varied, uneven, and often challenging terrain. This requires a specific type of strength training that prepares you the unquie demand of the trails. Each week includes two strength training workouts with warm ups as well as an optional mobility workout. All exercises are accompanied by an instructional video. No gym required. All equipment is listed for each section.

Feet Fitness

This program is designed people who have struggled with plantar fasciitis, ankle sprains, achilles tendinitis, and other foot and ankle conditions or people looking to get a better foundation under them. The program is broken down into four sections: foot and ankle mobility, foot dexterity, lower leg strength, and connecting to the whole body. Each section includes: a self assessment and weekly workout guides with progressions. All exercises and self assessments are accompanied by an instructional video. All equipment is listed for each section.
