Dr. Sophie is a sports chiropractor, running coach, and elite endurance athlete dedicated to helping athletes move better, perform stronger, and stay injury-free.
She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Western States, earning both her Doctorate of Chiropractic and a Master of Science in Sports Medicine. Driven to provide top tier sports care, Dr. Sophie holds advanced training in dry needling, cupping therapy, myofascial release, sports rehabilitation, and comprehensive movement analysis. Her clinical expertise is trusted both in the office and on the sidelines, where she has worked extensively providing medical support at marathons, triathlons, and CrossFit competitions.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Sophie has more than a decade of experience as a competitive running coach. As a former collegiate runner turned professional ultrarunner, she blends her personal, firsthand knowledge of elite endurance training with her specialized medical education. She has successfully coached athletes to finishes at some of the world’s most grueling and prestigious events, including the Boston Marathon, the Badwater 135, the TransRockies Run, and the Keys 100.
